Consistent performance, annual billing is key

This was my third time renewing with Readymode, always for their Outbound Call Center Software. Each year, the service has been consistent. My first year involved a lot of tweaking, but now it's mostly set. The annual billing discount is what keeps me coming back; it's a good saving. Support has always been quick, usually within an hour for minor issues. No major surprises, which is exactly what I need for a critical sales tool.

Decent sales platform, some issues

I used Readymode for about six months for outbound calls. The Lead Management System works quite well, and the real-time reporting was helpful for daily check-ins. The Predictive Dialer definitely boosted our call volume. However, I found the initial setup for TCPA scrubbing a bit confusing, and the documentation could be clearer. Value for money is good if you commit to the annual plan, which we did. It's a solid tool, but there's room for improvement in user guidance.

Good predictive dialer experience

I signed up for the 14-day free trial of their Predictive Dialer for our small sales team. Setup was straightforward, and the interface felt intuitive enough. We integrated it with our existing CRM, which went smoother than I expected. Calls connected well; we saw a noticeable jump in agent talk time on the second day itself. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about custom dispositions. Overall, it delivered on its promise.
